I'd think so, I don't think my lawyer drafts this huge thing for every one of his clients. I edited parts of it (that's why you see a smiley) and he approved the final version. I found a few things that has to be fixed, but that's mainly a copy/paste issue with formatting that looks odd.

We don't sell any info or suddently use your content to create a new service. We don't own the content, but we might make a syndication service available where you can submit content to other sites and thus we have to put something like that in it. Example: Automated plug creation in plugrush is something that we have in the pipeline. That requires that legal thing.

Yea we want to be able to delete illegal content or "anything we want", if people don't play by the rules or if we are required by law in our operating country :

It should say somewhere in there that you retrain ownership of the content, we don't want to own anyones content, but we want to be able to develop new features for our users and we want to be able to watch our backs when people play dirty.

I did inform Chris on the 21st of September last year via e-mail, but he did not get back to me. His terms were pretty basic, more or less allowing us to do anything we wanted.

He has now changed his terms and even though I am not legally required to do anything, I will be compensating him. I do not like unhappy business relations.

This site talks a good game but it isn't true. I signed up over a month ago. They say anyone can use it because its so simplistic however it's not. 1. Since they refuse to acknowledge any of my 20 emails or thread posts maybe one of you here can. I have 10 Blogs that were on Blogger and now trying to find a platform/ hosting site for them. I created an account for two blogs and a tube. I opted for using there domain name due to loosing income. But that's as far as I've gotten. Their tube site is unnecessarily complicated and none of their auto response tutorials give you a step by step of how to install Wordpress. The lack of their concern for my only means of income slipping away is very upsetting to me. Can one one here PLEASE HELP ME!?!?!?! Damn I hate this lack of customer service and depending on others to care enough.
