Do you need a privacy statement with a softcore site?

Just curious. I would not think so, if it is not anything "lavacious" on your tour

Any site based out of California (and several other states) require a privacy statement on them by law.

However, I have a feeling you are talking about a warning page, whilst there is no requirement saying you must have one on a website, it shows due diligence on a site owners part to have a warning page in place, irrespective of the type of content being delivered.
