I am tending to go with NATS, last time I checked MPA3 had a lot of limitations, not sure about the current version.

No limitation in MPA3. Be sure to check out the demo here: www.mpa3demo.com and compare it to i.e. Nats. You will be pleasantly surprised

Somebody told me that I can't mass import anything except FHG's and that I can't use RSS feeds, is that true?

We can import your member and affiliate data into NATS. Your old affiliates can login into to the new NATS interface when the move is completed. Our team will handle this migration for you!
