Violation of Visa regulations to depict images of money?

Seriously?

I just received an email from CCBill stating that one of my photo sets must be removed because "It is a violation of Visa regulations to depict images of money anywhere on the website."

Has anyone else had this issue? And what about sites like moneytalks.com?

No....You cannot show them holding money as if they were paid for sex. I just shot a video yesterday and I made sure to hand her the money BEFORE I turned on the camera

Money is a fetish devil created, so must be banned from adult websites, of course

Also, with VISA, the text/description of the sites storyline can not imply "money exchange for sex", regardless if the money is on the video or not.
My DVD series "Bounced Check Bitches" obviously does that, and when I made the website, I literally had to redo the tour, descriptions, and the domain name to something different.

Obviously Visa doesn't get the concept of fantasy for entertainment purposes. Do they think everything on a porn site is based on reality?

Hmm, what about financial domination. The dudes sure don't get any sex. Or sugar daddy dating sites... I still dont understand how clips4sale gets away with half its categories either...

What about some site I once viewed... It was called "Sybian riding for cash". The most the girl resisted and orgasmed on the sybian, the most the guy paid her. Seems to be exciting for many people.

been there, done that. had to re-edit a lot of scenes and text back in the day over it.

ccbill blames it on visa yet visa seems to not care if you have your own merchant account or a few other of the third party billers. go figure. just remove it and move on. it's not worth the fight because they are not going to budge.

Only CCBill US has this rule. It's not a rule with Epoch, Vendo, Segpay, etc and acquiring banks (own merchant) . Must be the bank they use doesn't allow this or something.

How do y'all explain this site...

http://www.tonightsgirlfriend.com/sc...8.80.0.0.0.0.0

Just watch the vid...EVERY video on that site starts with the girl getting paid as a prostitute and handed a wad of cash on film.

It's called FANTASY. Anyway...it must be some bullshit that CC Bill came up with. Because I assure you that Naughty America takes Visa and MasterCard for that site.

Lol..

Publicpickups.com and similiar are about the fiction of giving money for sex to a female stranger on the street.

They all are European sites/content so this must be only for US.

For sure, and they police these things extra hard just before an inspection

you cant show them getting money and you cant call them "prostitutes". i have to change my wording to "street girls" for compliance and it sounds whitewashed. kind of irks me.

The irony is that there are more restrictions and censorship from the CC companies than from the film censors in some countries.

Main steam movies have plot lines with drugs, rape, murder, etc and death by the bucket.

All taboo subjects for the CC companies.

If it wasn't for the cost of censoring films $2 per minute, it would be better to show them as mainstream movies and have the freedom of more plots.
