Simple mobile solution for Wordpress - GoFuckYourself.com

Looking for something simple and clean for my hobby site.

Know that some themes have it built in and there's a bunch of plug-ins to use, but I'm really looking into something very simple that would enable simple posts (with occassional youtube embed) being viewable on just about any mobile device.

Was wondering if I can set something like m.website.com to be the mobile version.
Prefer to use the default twenty one theme.

Any tips to share?

I've used a bunch of mobile plugins. At this point, having a responsive theme is the best option.
