This bill says if an employer hires a citizen or a legal immigrant, the IRS can impose a $5,000 penalty on that employer. I got to (R-TX) and thought even though I don't need to keep reading I will. Let's not fix the new and flawed legislation but instead attack ObamaCare, which has already received a green light from a pretty conservative Supreme Court.
