Business Formation help&tips needed

Ill start off with a hello to the friendly community of GFY and its nice to join the team.

I searched the forum for some answers, but I still have some questions. If anyone could help with some answers, suggestions, tips etc..

In order to transfer more money from paypal to bank account, the bank has asked that I have either a company or I am a sole prop to continue our business.

I was thinking of creating a company in UK or Cyprus. I dropped Cyprus for now cause of the startup cost and other reasons.. Maybe for later I will change from UK -> CY but for now as a start I find it better to start in UK (moneywise).

Anyone know if I will have any problems or questions with creating an (ltd) company in the UK cause its an adult business?

Will I have to fill anywhere what the company does or the website urls?

I think its captain obvious I not use "Captain Bangin ltd" as the company name but a more formal non adult name like "VMedia ltd". But should I say its an adult business or let it slide as a mainstream ltd?

I am outside of UK, can I still make a business bank account within the EU (citibank, hsbc etc.) do they ask the nature of business or urls of the websites and other stuff like this?

I cant think of anything else right now.. If you have any pointers, tips, experience, anything that could help since its first time incorporating.

I don't understand this. Why would your bank require you to have a company to receive Paypal transfers ?

Because when you keep receiving incoming money to a bank account they ask you to provide some form of proof that its from a legitimate source otherwise they freeze your bank account. Most of the banks I have asked do this, its an EU regulation thing for money laundering.
