Whilst I think the idea of private messages is great, what is the point if you don't get notification of new PM's?
I have just noticed that I have PM's in my message box that have been there for weeks. Most sites I have used previously that have PM's enabled popup an alert when you visit the site again with notification, why not here? Sorry AllAboutCams and _Richard_. |

You may need to go to your profile and edit the options...
https://gfy.com/profile.php?do=editoptions Under the private messaging options the checkboxes for email and for popup notifications were not checked by default on my profile, so I had to enable those and save the options. HTH/YMMV
