Those going to the EU shows... Question?

What do you use to keep track of your appointments so that they don't get screwed up by the timezone differences? I usually just do it manually but thinking something should be able to have them time right even with timezone change.

http://www.timeanddate.com/ seems to work pretty well as I talk to people in all different parts of the usa and use it to keep track.

I'd like to get input from a few others, timeanddate can get confusing at times.
Half the battle is getting the client to understand the system...

i use Google calendar - you can define the time zone for your meeting

Why don't you just write down the appointments in a notebook using the local time of the place you are?

My phone automatically switches to the time zone I'm in and I have an appointment calendar on there

That is what I do, but figured in 2013 there would be a easy digital way that would work. I used my phone in the past but it moved all of them by 7hrs which defeats the purpose.

When you are creating a new appointment, it allows you to pick the time zone for that one event.
