What do you use to keep track of your appointments so that they don't get screwed up by the timezone differences? I usually just do it manually but thinking something should be able to have them time right even with timezone change.

http://www.timeanddate.com/ seems to work pretty well as I talk to people in all different parts of the usa and use it to keep track.

I'd like to get input from a few others, timeanddate can get confusing at times.
Half the battle is getting the client to understand the system...

Why don't you just write down the appointments in a notebook using the local time of the place you are?

That is what I do, but figured in 2013 there would be a easy digital way that would work. I used my phone in the past but it moved all of them by 7hrs which defeats the purpose.

hmm... I might try it on my S4, my old phone would shift them all 7hrs.

dont use the phones internal calendar, use google calendar and sync that. then define the time zone of your meeting...

This. I have to manually change my time zone on my phone for it to work, if it auto changes it usally messes up.

I used to have to do that as well, then I discovered when I was in Europe a few weeks ago, that is changed automatically, have the BB Q10

When you are creating a new appointment, it allows you to pick the time zone for that one event.
