Playing poker.. then making a few $2-3k then dumping all that money into sub micro penny stocks then turning it into $100+k?

Do you think this is doable?

Depending on your poker playing ability you can easily make that scratch in a week. As far as penny stocks go you will lose your shirt.

To play poker to that level you will require one main ingredient. The ability to sit around folding a massive number of hands without even seeing a flop. When you can get to only playing 1 out of 35 to 50 hands dealt you have a chance at winning large amounts of money at poker and keeping it in your stack.

The second main ingredient would be not making snap calls. No matter how sexy they look on TV you have to realize TV is TV and a poker room is a poker room. Always think every hand all the way through. Don't always think the other guy is bluffing.

Get both of those two rolling and a little luck on your side and you can kill at poker. If you don't have them you will get killed at poker. If you can average $2000 a week that is a $100,000 a year job with 2 weeks vacation!

Why add the poker thing to it? Just dump 2-3k in to penny stocks and watch it all disappear. Repeat until you realize that it is not possible.

I wish I put in 2 to 3K into bitcoins a year ago. Still, for the life of me, cannot figure out what mining them is all about. I see photo's of 20 towers with fans on them... how does it work? Oh well... i'll stick to things I know work.

I put $500 in BTC in 2011 and and I am trying to the 17k worth off an old harddrive hahaha. So yeah cool but not hahahha.

This is probably one of the worst plans to get rich I've heard in a while. Look into rental properties instead.

Funny i have a friend of mine who is already a wealthy banker and he was telling me how him and a few friends bought 10,000 shares of a tech stock that that was less than $2 and moved up to $150+ per share in about a year.

At $16 per share my friends buddy bough 300k shares as it was moving up.

But you also need to keep in mind, these guys are already rich and they are both bankers. Meaning that they are serious number guys who have the "IN" on whats going on behind the scenes.

The Company that the stock was subject of, developed an injection that goes into peoples necks and face and melts the fat off. The stock was 1st bought right before FDA testing and now its almost done with the final FDA testing phase.

Was an interesting conversation while we were smoking Hookah in the back yard.

What was funny was when the conversation steered tot porn as an investment; My comment: "Stick with banking and Stocks, much safer investment". lol
