Classical Women

After 20 years of playing classical I've traded them in for electrics again.
But I still like to watch/listen

The Bach is amazing.

Do you listen to any other Bach or just guitar?

All the time in my car. It's the best place to listen. No interruptions. However, Most of the classical I have recorded is guitar.

Ride of the Valkyries by Wagner is the ringtone I use for important contacts on all my phones.
It has a way of conveying importance that generic ringtones all lack.
First five seconds of any call are usually the most important, so it's a helpful and simple enhancement.

In the car I'm usually listening to the books I'd otherwise not have time to read...

Here's a thought...don't click on them. There are plenty of good tube/tranny/content threads for you to read. Scanning the page I even see a nice toilet thread for you to enjoy.

There's something very sensual, dare I say- erotic, about a woman playing guitar and playing it well.

Bach is the essence of music. Most Bossa Nova guitar players got inspired by Bach... I've been playing ever since i started classical guitar at the age of 6

Throw up a vid for us!

Speaking of Bach and guitar - a simple piece but listen to "Betrachte Meine Seel" from St. John. It uses a double lute

listen to a lot of classical music at times.... I rotate between punk, country, frank s and classical, mostly Bach ... though I do like some modern stuff....I prefer Glen Gould and Yoyo Ma and then I listen to Renee Fleming sometimes as well... sometimes I listen to modern flamenco bands like the Gypsy Kings ....

It's like watching a car accident, sometimes it's hard to look away.

I don't dislike what you post, per se, I just am at a loss as to why you post them here? You don't work in porn, yet post off topic threads on an almost daily basis about things you would get much better response from a board for that subject.

I post guitar threads on guitar forums, tech threads on tech forums and magic threads on magic forums.

I don't understand why you are here?

oh, I see now. Me too! Especially after the LP Sig, mostly because that guitar plays so much better than any others I've had come through, the highway 1 strat comes in 2nd, kinda close but it's not hard to notice the difference. I just flipped a couple Epi Casinos that I cleaned up real nice, fixed up the hardware/components and rewired.

do you guys play any classical yourselves? I have touched on it briefly over the years, never enough to warrant picking up a specific guitar for it though. I do like playing them though. Almost like a different instrument completely.

I worked in adult entertainment since 1997 to 2013. I made an awful lot of money doing it as a hobby in my spare time. I made friends with a lot of other webmasters.

People here are more diverse than having one interest. If they didn't the thread would quickly slip off the main page. How many threads do you need about tube sites and how the business is in decline?

You post what you want and I'll post what I want. If people don't want to read them, they won't.

No classical for me at this point, blues and rock classics until I get a lot better. I'm still getting my muscle memory squared away for where the notes are! and barre chords? Hah, those will take me another year prolly. Maybe less.

I have played classical for decades. I still have 3 classical guitars that I don't play anymore.
The nicest is an Alhambra. Custom made in Spain.

Its very soothing. When doing my school work I listen only to classical it helps me focus. When I worked as a high line service advisor in NYC, Friday was very stressful. I would walk home via 5 th avenue go to Nat Sherman buy a cigar.
I would go home, light up the cigar, turn off the lights, turn on The Well-Tempered Clavier and unwind. The music and smoke would fill the room in the dark.

You really owe no any explanations. Any gfy member of anytime already knows this all. Guitar threads, car threads, fountains, etc.. Most people appreciate what you share here.

bar chords are easy once you get the hand angles right, they hurt like hell when i first used them and still would if i held it that same way! ;) I doubt your hands are as small as mine also so that will indeed help!

Appreciated. re: hand size, the crease on my pinkie finger at the bottom joint is right where the little E string falls when I fret a barre chord, so that string creeps into that crease and just sounds dead.
I can get that sorted by adjusting everything but then that just leads to the real struggle- the transition between the previous note/chord and the next. I'm getting quite a few basic chord transitions down pretty good but the complicated transitions are still not in my repetoire. Much of the struggle is due to not having the muscle memory thoroughly down, I often have to look at the neck/fingerboard to know where to move my hand and fingers. I often have to remind myself it simply takes practice- a lot of it!

But I am pretty stoked with my progress so far, in a couple days I will have been learning guitar for 7 months now!
