Hey everyone, I want to get some opinions from people that have used software / services from companies like Vobile and Attrasoft to combat piracy. Have you had much success with those platforms? Does that stuff even work?

I read a few old articles about on GFY that mentioned Vobile. One guy even came up with his own fingerprinting solution but encountered some legal issues with it. But I am still not clear on whether this technology is viable.

And does anyone know of a service or piece of software that can crawl tube sites and analyze the flash video to detect watermarks?

No, it's snake oil. It does not work. If you put something on the web? It's going to get stolen.

Drop Flash and go with html5 stream for the time being. Hit me up for protecting your warez. It's still in beta but we are pretty confident that we can protect it. Unrippable.
