So, does anyone actually pay for impressions, as we are talking about CPM, not CPC? Or is this just the thread starters mistake?

Clickpapa seems to take some commission, but I can't find the amount anywhere. Also quite harsh tos. Can't these be a bit more user friendly? I have to show ads to get paid for past business? So, if I quit there will always be left money hanging around?
