The gallery shortcode will be inserted into your post.

This happens to me all the time too, but coder just keeps saying he cannot replicate it even though it keeps happening to my websites.

Can be done by means of altering your WP theme. You just have to modify the template which displays the gallery images (attachment.php).

There must be a code like this:

Yes, for a self hosted gallery such as http://demo.adultgallerypress.com/kaci-lynn-poses/ you can link to larger image or directly to sponsor links when using Adult Gallery Press.
