Before I leave and after my last post ...

Reading what I wrote in the post Presentation&description gives one basic understanding of few ideas I've in mind ...

a) Regarding the usage of emails of registered users:

1 - Without thinking too much about that I consider logic that each webmaster has the possibility to use the emails of his/her account at premium sponsor as long as it contains one link to stop sending to one user on demand;
2 - Any solution of usage of emails will run inside premium-sponsor.com with defined targets, goals, tracking to avoid sending the user to the same member zone(to reduce chargebacks,etc)
3 - People with private database of emails will be allowd to use this too as long as the emails are exported and tracking associated.
4 - Emails won't be sent to any external member zone of premium-sponsor.com, premium-sponsor.com will process everything.

b) Those who are considered spam(...) won't be the responsability of premium sponsor and we won't chargeback people or remove money from the accounts of webmasters, it's important to avoid send emails to people who have unsuscribed it and without thinking too much about this it's what makes sense.

My head is quite complex at the level of tracking, with processes,etc integrated and I'm trying not to complicate too much my descriptions to avoid ending with people reading things too complicated ...

To finish ... what I wrote here is technically complicated and are only few ideas...

There are naturally several aspects associated :
-> Emails of registered accounts of one webmaster at premium sponsor ...
-> Emails exported to one account of one webmaster at premium sponsor ...
And the usage of these emails won't follow the same logic, the unsubscribe will be different, etc ...

Afterall It's one information system naturally complex and few basic ideas ...

I'm leaving this and as far as I'm concerned, I've several things to organize, complex informations systems and I'm not the kind of person available to listen the absurdities of others and most of all when are not invited by me to give the opinion regarding one particular issue (...)

Because I saw what you wrote here it goes as short and simple as possible.

I'm someone who has few ideas and needs to organize the scalability and architecture of what I've in mind. I've already one system ready to import millions of thumbs per day and I'm almost ready to step forward towards webmasters who want to use the client api I described here(n millions of records).

I've a lot of things to organize(...) and I'm just sharing with you few basic ideas.

What comes after is quite complex, it's analytics with logs inside the client api, sessions to track registered users in several domains of the client api, expansion of web services ... main sections not related with the adult,etc ... and even new sources added as often as possible ,etc ...

If you think about the information system in it's complexity of(...), it's what comes with it.

Let me say the following. In the future when the information system will be ready, you can create one webmaster account for example and export all the emails you collect. With those emails you can obviously use our offers and even manage later the registered users associated with your account and usage of those emails ...

It's what makes sense ... we'll do what makes sense ...

Think with me ...

You open one webmaster/enterprise account and you add your emails. You define your targets(looking at main sections of account.premium-sponsor.com). People start receiving those emails and create one account at account.premium-sponsor.com. From this point the accounts created are associated to you, inside your cliet api/apis and you see the activity of, etc ...

If one person of your accounts does login in one client api not associated to your account, you'll touch naturally commissions by act(...)

We'll think technically about the system that will define if certain client apis allow login with external accounts I'd write, because we'll have cookies and sessions set that will allow to determine that. If facebook,google,etc decides to export their logins one day(it works +- like export emails) to use cliet apis in it's extension, they will very probably require that all the accounts of users use their login and not external logins(...)

Regarding the 'email them myself with my own resources. Is that correct?' we'll see that together, maybe, maybe not ... it depends on what we can offer and you're available to pay BUT if we can set one system where people place emails, we sent millions of emails and we touch one % and nobody looses money, that's perfect, we achieve perfection.

What is important is to not allow other people use your emails I'd write ...

I don't consider spam someone who has one database of emails and place those emails 'here' to be used. Those emails will be associated to one account and that account will have one option of unsubscribe. Those emails will be sent with association or to premium sponsor or the client api defined in it's extension ,etc ... but are managed at the level of the account.

Are basic ideas to think clearly and with focus in what makes sense ...
