It seems that Google is losing market share

That thing with Chrome and HTTPS will cost them more business lost. I think they are doing this to destroy a lot of white labels and smaller websites. Now, maybe they could care less about the fallout but this HTTPS dictate amounts to a "Google Tax" and that Google will put you on probation, de facto.

What they haven't thought through very well: is when Chrome users start getting dialogue boxes with HTTPS errors all the time they will ditch that browser as fucked-up. There goes the market share they worked hard for ...
