How To Send Traffic From .COM to Another?

How do you send the geo traffic of one country from a .com to a another country code domain? What is the easiest and most accurate way to do this?

SITE A has traffic from more than 100 countries. You want to send the traffic of one country to SITE B.

How do you do it?
