send out DMCA notices to the filehost or hosting company AND google

if your stuff is on this site, you are going to want to hit up the following contacts:

dmca e-mail for lustex: admin@lustex dot net
dmca e-mail for filemonster: crabuse@filesmonster dot com
dmca e-mail for lustex host: abuse@camelhost dot net (russian -- good luck with that!)

and GOOGLE!

i will contact aquia (the host for filemonster) for their dmca e-mail address tomorrow. in the meantime, hit up vicky.sicari@acquia dot com with notices.

the more noise you make, the quicker they should remove your content.

Goodness, that is a lot. He's probably hosted in Ukraine or some other country where web hosts don't give a damn about content theft.
