Adult tube clips on affiliate sites

Is anybody familiar with affiliate programs, in general. I am trying to figure out how many videos could I "harvest" from all affiliate areas of the member sites. This would be needed for a Mech Bunny tube, all clips would be hosted on a server, and not embeds.

The screenshot is showing 9,151 separate sites, and 1600 of them have embeddable videos, and 1678 tube clips (I am not sure what this is exactly, as downloadable tube clips are listed above). 91 websites look like they have downloadable tube clips.

This would neeed to be at least 5 minutes long (I could set it higher too, like 7 minutes), and it would need to be .mp4 and good quality, or some other format that I could convert (I think it is needed in order to work on desktop and mobile sites).

How would you estimate the number of clips I would find there. All this would be good, because it would be free. Content should be very good too. I can then connect it all with affiliate banners to the sites. How much work this would take for one person, sounds like one year to do everything / go over everything, at least.

I know IdolBucks.com, I've made quite a lot of sales with you (relatively). Your clips are long too, I was actually looking at them today, 650 total or more. This would be one of the first used, as well as Banbros.com, and FuckYouCash.com.

You won't get a lot of traffic by only doing what you're planning, because you're competing with tens of thousands of sites if you're relying on everything the sponsor provides.

All this is planned to be self hosted, and all titles rewritten (manually) before adding to the site (if possible). This may be more than 12 months, could be up to 3 years of work, for one person. Site like this could be very good, all videos can be used on other types of xxx websites, and it is now possible to run unlimited amount of domains from one Mech Bunny admin. This can be embedded on Wordpress blogs, SmartCj websites, xxx pinboards, a lot can be done with this. Separate Mech bunny tube sites + Trade Pulse. Something like this can be a very good thing.

I think you're over-estimating the life cycle of some of the sites you will be using tubes from. 3 years is a long time in this industry.

It's been possible to run multiple Mechbunny sites from a single Mechbunny admin for quite a while, it's not a new feature.

Affiliate banners may not work, I dont care about that, I can use something else instead. As long as I download them, and host them, I can have them indefinitely, and use on 10, 50, or 100 other sites. Bandwidth may start costing money later on, and from experience, as soon I will start making some money, the bandwidth cost will go up to. At the same time, I dont want to embed videos, change descriptions by hand on all the clips, and then this will start getting deleted by other people, over time. For this, I want to run my own server (unmanaged) in order to cut the cost as much as I can. Seems like this should work, in the long run. No way to do it better, I think. There may be other ways to do it to, I am not sure.

The costs of a server, storage and bandwidth will come before you make money by following this strategy. If you're importing then converting thousands of videos you will start using a fair amount of storage. You will also need a powerful enough machine to be able to encode videos while serving visitors to the site.

So you're probably going to want to start off with a 4 core server with 32GB RAM and 1TB hard disk space - just to begin with. Then you have to consider whether it is worth doing that if you are going to have to upgrade to something more powerful later - because moving 1TB worth of website will take time when you need to upgrade. You certainly won't be running this on a VPS or shared hosting.

You will also want a decent amount of bandwidth upstream, so you're looking at starting with a 100Mbps connection.

Then you need to consider as you grow this what your infrastructure will look like. For example will you run a streaming server ? Will you put static elements, ads etc on their own web server to reduce load on your video server ?

There is a very good reason why many webmasters decide to run embedding tubes, because it's not trivial to run a tube of any decent size.

I vote for VPS - scalability is what matters. Go try Linode. They offer more disk space comparing to other cloud hosting companies. If one VPS is not big enough, can always get one more VPS and add it as a new NFS server, MySQL server, or simply use memcached.

Dude, he wants to encode videos and store them locally he doesn't want to embed. 2TB of disk on Linode would cost him $1000 a month

Linode is possibly the most expensive way to run a decent tube site when real server offerings provide much more in bandwidth & storage at much lower cost.
