Weird referring sites: hack?

So i'm seeing some strange sites sending traffic to some of my newly setup websites.
They are wordpress blogs. Using different themes.

Examples of these sites sending me visitors:

http://forum20.smailik.org
http://buttons-for-website.com/

Traffic is 100% bounce. Does anyone know what this could be? I just wanna make sure there is nothing wrong and it could effect the rest of the sites on the server.

They are bots. These sites hope you have a public log, That way they can get backlinks.
