most of the cam programs have their white labels mobile ready, you just need to drive mobile traffic to them

Our Mobile Camsite is streamed in HLS currently with a fallback to Flash, if its available, smaller tablet devices are considered "mobile" and some have Flash available -- we test for this.

Our camsites and our whitelabels will redirect as needed.

Yes we do the same, it's the only way. Really we try if there's flash first (some android got it), if no flash then deliver HLS. If the device does not support either, that's rubbish device, sorry to say.
