I wouldn't call it "bad judgment" when she destroyed items that she was specifically not supposed to destroy. If this happened after we knew of a crime, it would be called tampering with evidence. In this case, we have no way of knowing whether or not there is a crime because the evidence was destroyed.

Did she commit a crime? I have no idea, but she sure did not help her case.

Why blow your wad 2 years before the election when this might be the best ammo you have to keep Hillary out of the white house? the emails were not Hillary's to delete, they were the State Department's, you know, her employer at the time..

and it was requested she hand over specific emails, none of which were personal emails, when she conveniently erased them permanently. she did this after the senate oversight committee requested the pertinent emails.
