i have much more content, i have the content posted first before him, i have much more long time and adding fresh quality backlinks, i have all the rankings much better than him, i have the original content on my site, he just stole it and change few variables, my site is 12 years older than his, and, gues what, he is kicking mine serps right now ... now, this, what? karma! thanks!

will not give the urls, but there is not much to check, it really is just a google behaviour and even if i would be able to do dmca, and i will not as it is not my kind of business, to fuck with competitors, as some others dont have any problems as they dont have any morals, but i think google will not accept the dmca anyway, as i dont have any paperwork about my project and sites, there is history with screenshots and age of the domain, but that is not a reason to shut any site down imho

Well, you were speaking about some thief of YOUR STUFF and SERP overtaking at first. I dunno what is wrong about sending DMCA notices to google in this case. That's actually correct solution and what is the DMCA notices for.

oh, i am sorry, it wasnt meant about you, it was about guys who have no problems to steal and to fuck with others just to make a penny. have been not talking about you, maybe it was about you, but i dont know you man and yeah, once i will get super pissed off, i will better hire a hacker to shut his sites down, than bother google with sending dmca, which will be fulfilled imho i dont have any paperwork or any legit proof that that content is mine, instead of web.archive.org and google cache, but that is sure not enough for dmca

there is nothing to learn from it, there is no special work on it, just actual luck, the site will go down in next update or very soon, because there is no value, but strange that the site is on top now, google is rocking shit again ... buy domain, build blog, steal some informations, replace few words, and you will see serps soon
