You have an affiliate program, which is good. I guess you could work on getting more affiliates, hire an affiliate manager, lets say.
If you have excess of traffic you can sell it. If you want more traffic, you can buy it too. Check out or / and get in touch with adult ad network companies, and see what they can offer, to you.
