If you've got access to htaccess and have the GEOIP mod installed by your host, then just use these lines in your htaccess files
RewriteCond %{ENV:GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE} ^(CN|TW|IN|PK)$ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://whereveryouwanttosendthem.com [R,L] |
