hi, can one unverified account send or receive money from another Paxum member? Or only verified accounts

Unverified Paxum account-holders can RECEIVE payments to their Paxum account no problem.
However, unverified Paxum account-holders cannot send any transfers, and they cannot withdraw any funds until the account is verified. Thanks
