I'm getting same. When I try to transfer from checking account to Mastercard, it says :
Service temporary restricted. Please try again later. So it's not just you and hopefully fixed soon. |

At the moment transfers from Paxum checking to Paxum Mastercard are not working. We are working on the problem, and it should be fixed shortly.
I will post an update in this thread as soon as I have confirmation the issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience.
