anyone have if is possible any idea how to recover bitcoin money from someone who died? family have all the proof, just need to know where to submit?

where were the bitcoins stored? if in his own wallet, you are shit out of luck, zero chance of recovering it unless you find the keys...

This. There is no central authority, no way for someone to decide "this looks plausible, so we'll release the money to the relatives."

Without the key, the funds effectively do not exist.

edit: this assumes that the user was storing funds in their own wallet. If they use a third party wallet service, it may be possible.

If the money was in a real bank account the beneficiary(s) would either have a power of attorney or it would be included in the deceased estate probate -- there would be a Court order.

Bitcoin is not real currency or property (so far) in these matters

Virtual has it's limitations ...
