Our demo site allows up to 10 unsuccessful login attempts. This parameter can of course be set to any arbitrary value.
Please note that our captcha protects your site againsts automated login attempts (this has been verified by OCR software and hacking tools).

Let me just clarify: management node must be running linux+apache+sitedefensor and on data nodes only nginx must be installed (so windows is supported for data nodes only).
