You should talk to the following people first:

fitzmulti
madalton
Yuu

with those guys you can get a huge library for a lot less than you'd imagine. Yuu doesn't have the largest library but his stuff is fresh and "shiny"

The others have great stuff, some of it is current but it's their lifetime catalog and they have been in business awhile so not all of it is gonna look like it was shot yesterday.

In any case I've had great experiences with all of them I have terabytes of content and thousands of paying members to show for it and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
