I alrdy send support a mail with the question what's going on? Normally i get answer in a day, so let's see.

On the moment i am busy with my review site, so let's see what that is going to do.

For some time my hit numbers where terrible down, but surprise! yesterday i got more then 4 times the hits i had before on my CB sites.
We had trouble with the XML file for the shemales, that seems to be fixed now, but we don't know what they are doing with other things...

Not on the WL but on my website. Some of the users have been going on it for years and I can see them quite clearly. When/if they are still going to a website showing the best cams on a particular niche I can be fairly certain they are still visiting the actual camsites as well.

Same thing here. Thats why I had to get with a DMCA-igoring hosting and tell them I actually have no copyrighted content. Those automated DMCA bot are painful when you have no content, yet, they take off result from google and hurt business

Maybe you guys talked about this before in that case sorry about the stupid question, but here it is: if I send traffic directly to my chaturbate whitelabel 'cams.mydomain.com/model' then it doesnt shows up in the stats breakdown under campaigns/whitelabels but under my main default campaign.. any reason for that?

I have no clue whatsoever and my active spenders in the last 30 days dropped significantly after I noticed those 0.00...

Hey guys, so this is what happened recently.

As I wrote above, I have submitted 8 user IDs to the support team, as I was suspecting that they were stolen from me. The good old model trick, where they ask high-paying users to create new accounts under their affiliate code.

It's been more than 2 weeks, and today, I finally received an answer.

They were able to return 4 users out of 8, along with the revenue as well.

Here's the answer from the support team

For all those 0.00 transactions, it seems my tool is not responsible, as it appears in the CSV too. Could be some kind of credit card verification that trigger the spending of 0? That my only guess.

So far it leads to no downtrend... except the eternal MobileVRXXX that seems to lose revenues every week for years yet still above 0 :D

Oh no I did not complain but its weird my last 13 new spenders are with 0.00 which seems super odd.

I stated that have 30% less active spenders (last 30 days)

That makes sense according to my numbers. Something crazy started going down April 7th. I went from averaging 3 new spenders a day to 15 and one day 20. My traffic hasn't increased and even went down a little. My income didn't go up drastically either.

Simply use the following tool cb-stats.com and look for users in the "Top 30 spenders of all time". Make sure to include the User IDs and ask for assistance. Say that you suspect that the users were stolen from you. They will help for sure.
