Forgive me if I make an obvious error but here is what I see:

This returns 435 results:

This returns 96 results

You would think the second query would return more results as it is asian + new. But it returns less. It seems that it only returns models that have both tags specifically set, where as before it would return any model with one of those tags set. So If I have 5 tag parameters set I barely have any results all of a sudden.

I have niche sites that have four or five tags selected. For example a brown girl site that has ebony, latina, colombia, anal, bigtits tags selected. I woke up yesterday and found that this produces no results and the home page is blank. The more tags you have selected the less chance of results.

I'm going to try to mail something to support that hopefully will explain this.

Yes, they changed filtering by multiple tags. Before you could filter by up to 5 tags. All the models who had 1 of the 5 tags would appear on page. Now the only models appear on page are those who have all 5 tags. Which is not how is supposed to work. When you filter by multiple tags you want to extend the selection not reduce it.

Filtering by multiple gender and multiple regions is working fine.

Yes it's unfortunate as I should be seeing thousands of results but now get blank pages.

The real challenge will be explaining the problem to them. I'm sending a support email now.

This is what I think is happening, CB is really not returning those users back to you, all they are doing is sending you the money that was spent on the other account, I doubt they are returning any users to your account

More then a month ago i also got spenders "returned" with the money they has spend.
And just the same, no more spending after returning.

Notice also that the models are so clever that they say to the spenders, make a new account on my affid, spend the most on that and a little on your old account so that it looks like you still there.

The CB system is a mess, or they don't do what they say.

I don't think that chaturbate told you what account numbers were given back to you and they would not be the same as when you had them originally, or at least that is the way i picture it.

They were on username-a when they were attached to you originally. they then created username-b when they went and signed up under someone else.

I assume that chaturbate did not go and change them back to their original account but instead changed the source of the new account over to point at you

unless you have almost no users you would not be able to accurately guess at who the returned users are in your current transactions

just my take on things and worth every penny you paid for it

Almost a year ago i have send support a mail with 1 whale that was not spending for a whole month, while normally he was spending xxxx a month.

CB told me that he has made another account under a model affid and returned him to me including his spendings on the models account.

Because that was 1 account and the spending started again under me, i could see in my .cvs that there was nothing changed on his account and he got the same registration date and User UID.
