The money they "gave" me far exceeded what I was expecting.

Instead of asking them about that "today" I am going to wait a month or two, to see if they will send me the equivalent money again.

There is a theory in customer service that it's cheaper and easier to throw money at problem, in this case giving money to the affiliate, rather than trying to track down what went wrong, and hiring one developers to plug the leak for the future.

Either way, I have money.

Same here... 6 weeks ago or so they also returned some spenders with the money, but the last 6 weeks i have not seen them back how they suppose to spend (maybe the models trick: make another account and spend most on my affid and a bit on your old account).

I also wait to the end of next period juli 31 to see if there is changing anything, and then there is again going a mail to support.

Certainly CB is handling all of this out of pocket. If they were actually debiting performers to cover this then Twitter and Amber Cuties would be on fire with complaints.

And assuming this, I feel that the performers would be able to correlate tips from known fan club users etc with revenues, and that they would be aware if that had changed.

For those saying they are getting money returned - but suspect that the spenders accounts are not added back in - I thought someone here mentioned that they return the spender under a new member ID. Has that been the case for you?

I last reported here that I contacted Chatb with some high spending member IDs that were MIA - and they said they returned one user, and I was credit $4.20

So I tried again (resent a few of those) with a bunch more and this time and the result was considerably better:

After reviewing the accounts you’ve highlighted, we’ve been able to determine that 3 of these users created new accounts under a different referral URL.

We've gone ahead and reset the affiliate link on these accounts to point to your account.

I said that but it was at best an assumption.

Yep... past night (Amsterdam time) from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am, so for 8 hours i got 10 hits on 13 sites, it's unbelievable. And the last 4 hours until now 5 hits...

That's right, the returned whale had the same registration date and UID.

But for now he is gone again for a couple of month's, i wait until end of this month and then i send a mail to CB support again.
And i also see some spenders spending around 10% from what they spend before, so should that be the model trick: Make a new account, spend most on the new and a bit on the old so they don't miss you.

Guys this period something strange is happening, Free sign ups has jumped up to ten times but sales went down significantly, I had zero sale yesterday for the first time over the past year.

It's not the models account that i am talking about, i mean the spender.

If you have one spending let's say 500 a week, then the model say to the spender, make a new account under my affid, spend 450 on that, and 50 on your old account, then it looks like you are still on that account. You will only see a drop in spending, but thinking hes still spending on your affid.

That's why i said, CB can easily run a database query when someone makes a spending account to see if there are matches (creditcard/name etc) and then deny or move it to the original affid, YOU!

That blows my mind too, it's so "easy" to do...

But the models are far on the first place at CB. They can edit CSS, make a BIO from here to Tokyo with all kind of links, they can show their OF link and QR codes on the cam (should CB has belongings in OF?).

And what can we do? NOTHING!

I was able to enquire about my top earners, but what about my smaller earners or mid sized earners that could of turned into whales?

We've not been with CB long but we're high earners, we get roughly 5 figure monthly payouts but have made the decision to fade them out.

The fact that we had to reach out to correct this issue in the first place has caused us to lose faith in CB. I feel like this can easily and automatically be remedied of which you'd expect by a company who has their affiliates best interests at the forefront would do.

I was able to enquire about my top earners, but what about my smaller earners or mid sized earners that could of turned into whales? We've not been with CB long but we're high earners, we get roughly 5 figure monthly payouts but have made the decision to fade them out. The fact that we had to reach out to correct this issue in the first place has caused us to lose faith in CB.
