When i was pushing twitter i got loads of traffic but no sales same with reddit traffic i find the best to be just plain search traffic is far better.

Last time this happened, I have contacted their support, and they told me everything seems to be right with my account and with the site as well. However, one day after, the stats were back to normal..

The weird thing is I never have a day without any sales.. a $16-$150 daily on average, and the fact that the last 4 days were a big fat ZERO, seems shady for me...

If your earnings are based on a very few spenders then 1 spender quitting can make your sales fall like a rock, especially if you had a whale.

The more spenders you have the less variance you will usually see but still one whale going away can make those sales numbers just drop.

Spending on Cams, like any other porn niche can vary widely with the seasons/weather.

Winter time, when it is cold, people tend to spend more time inside on the computer. If there is a warm spell then people spend less time sitting on their ass and therefore spend less money on cams.

Right around New Years this year the U.S/ encountered a very nasty freeze for a large part of the country. If I look at my second half of December sales last year and compare them to this year the sales were basically flat. Right about the same spending.

If I compare the first half of January last year against this year, I have about a 25% increase in spending this year. I attribute that mainly to the cold weather at the beginning of the month. This is based on looking at the revenue file that CB give us along with looking at what else was going on.

Right now a lot of the U.S. is experiencing an unseasonable warm spell and I see sales being down a bit compared with last period but they are up a little compared with the same period last year. I have not investigated what might be going on if anything.

The main thing is to keep adding sign ups so you have more spenders going forward. It takes several months usually for a sign up to convert to a spender and you want as many spenders as possible. Whales are nice but if they leave they can kill you unless you have a whole lot of spenders backing it up.

I have seen models blacklisting whitelabels (they only show up on cb), surely we can also do the same.

I want to link my tube to live shows but I don't want to send traffic to rooms that redirects to models affiliates links.

If I use the API to make custom pages instead of sending to the WL, then the stream is small (no full screen working as per discussed above)

You can get full screen by defining the height and width of the iframe to fill the browser and passing an embed_video_only=1 switch on your iframe src.

It is not the same thing as having the full screen button working but it is something.

You could get fancy and throw a clear overlay over your iframe and catch the click if they try to go full screen and then use a little javascript to throw it to full screen. Don 't know whether it's worth it or not.

I use cb whitelabel. By Custom One I assume you mean embed stream in iFrames. I also do this but eventually users have to be sent to the whitelabel to sign up.

I thought of using cam with no chat but was concerned about how this converts (or not): it looks like you get a hit/visit when you load the page, but after clicking you are sent through to the chaturbate.com domain which a cookie hasn't been set for. So 1 hit but no registration.

My reasons for using a whitelabel iframe
I could use the default chaturbate.com instead of a whitelabel but then it is not nicely integrated within my website. I didn't want to use my website as an outward funnel to sponsors but rather to have them stay on it and only send them to the whitelabel (which has similar logo an design) for registration purposes.

The other issue is you won't see the cam or frame if there's an ad blocker.

Broadcasters custom buttons
Given the constraints that broadcasters are planting their affiliate links all over the place including on top of my "Sign Up" button it looks to me like the only solution left is to link to chaturbate.com that means: empty area on my site when there is an ad blocker and that means forgetting about my branding. But at last I am planting a cookie on chaturbate.com so that when the visitor clicks on the custom buttons they are still mine.

No matter what I do, it is not gonna look good and I am sending visitors away.

Anyway models should be understand that many spenders they have in their rooms are sent from affiliates that worked thousands of hours and spent as well thousands of dollar in SEO and more just for send to them users that pay for tokens, helping CB to become one of the top world's adult cam company.
