There is none. Google even tells you to check the webmaster search console, but the notices do not contain a reference ID.

Counter notices can be filed for incomplete or incorrectly completed takedown notices, obviously without a reference the process takes a little longer, but legally you can by law, send a counter notice.

If you click the 'learn more' button you can get the the 'old school' counter notice form, it had some improvements, for example the URLs are limited by number (100) and not by 1000 characters.
A question for experts: I just received the first bunch of 34 Google DMCAs within a very short time, all of them have just 1 URL. Is it a Must to counter them one by one or is it OK to counter them all at once? It is so hard to track these DMCAs and counter-notifications, I am doing my best to take care of them all (we are getting all these for 100% legit promo content...) but I am afraid to make a mistake and get fucked by Google...
