Manica Money Payments?
Is anyone is promoting them? Are you getting paid? I ask because I reached my minimum payment on 12-16-2015, and assumed I would have received Paxum by now... Their contact form in their Nats affiliate area doesn't work/send...and I'm just curious if this program is legit or not. Anyone promoting them?

they pay, but they hold payments for TWO months
 if you reached your payout minimum in 12-01-2015 - 12-15-2015 period, it will take a month to store that payment and then another month to get paid, so you should receive it around 02-16-2016
