I am still cautious about my use of cruise control ... LOL

That is a safety issue too. However, cruise control has no guidance control so the driver's constant vigilance is required.

I think we will have "driverless lanes" where only these self driving cars will compete for safe journeys. You will exit the driverless lane to complete the last part of your trip in "safe mode" with your full attention on your self-driving auto's safe guidance.
