Hi Ramp,

Why on earth would you want to waste your money? Advertising to people who are blocking your ads certainly won't result in any worthwhile clicks to your site. I think all it will do is piss people off.

By experience , those users have a higher value as they are less exposed to advertisement, so surprisingly have a higher epcm than regular users.

We been buying adblock traffic and it been very very productive.
