Dont think that is possible as they both using same bank which issues cards, and i am quite sure they will never offer such option(bank).

Paxum was great and Ruth always took great care of me. But when time came to renew my card and at the same time I moved to a new address, Paxum made it basically impossible to renew/update, to the point where even Ruth couldn't do anything. So after like 3 weeks of battling with the Indian call center I ditched them and went to Payoneer.

I use them both and the only gripe I have is Payoneer's monthly fees whether you use their service or not.

I use paxum they have lower fees then Payoneer i havent compare lately but im sure its
