Payoneer or Paxum

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone uses or has used either Payoneer or Paxum in the past. I am considering switching over to one of them but I am not completely decided on which one would be better for me.

I plan on using it for my online affiliate income. I'd like to use the account with a cc as well.

Any experiences you've had would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
John

It's free to sign-up with Paxum, and you can request a Paxum card after your account is verified and you've received a payment (of any amount) from a Paxum Business account holder. In the meantime, we offer multiple withdrawal options to verified clients.

Most adult sponsors pay out with Paxum, and many traffic brokers, graphic designers and web hosts accept payment via Paxum. We're a great payment tool for adult webmasters.

All incoming payments are instantly delivered, without any fees. We do not charge a sign-up fee, we do not charge a monthly maintenance fee, and you are not required to keep a minimum balance.

For account verification we need a picture ID and a proof of address, which can be uploaded securely once logged in to your Paxum account. Paxum is very straightforward to use.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about Paxum. Please feel free to ask in this thread, or email me [email protected] directly with your questions.

Paxum allows you to withdraw your money directly on your bank account - which Payoneer does not do for me....

Also Paxum statement is way more detailed than Payoneer (you don't even know how much money you had on Payoneer for each transaction done in the past - you only know how much money you have NOW, this is totally ridiculous... ).

SO PAXUM ALL THE WAY and Ruth is an awesome rep

Same here. But my experience with both is that Payoneer has a far more pleasant experience with account setup and renewal compliance. Also in my experience, Payoneer seems to enjoy an infinitely better support system which does not include foreign based support personnel (or having to make a thread on GFY to get a reply from someone competent, such as Ruth or Chris), thus leaving you wondering if Paxum's foreign ticket support can even read tickets in English, let alone understand the ticket.

Just my experience, of course. And based on that, Paxum isn't even in the same league as Payoneer, let alone the same game.

Well, that was a lot more feedback then I was expecting haha. Thanks for all the replies. So I do generally feel like Payoneer are preferred. I am not liking the idea of Paxum randomly closing an account.

Fun fact: same shit was happening on Payoneer as well, closing accounts without telling why.

For your reference, Paxum does not randomly close accounts without reason. When an account is closed, it is either at the user's request, or because the user is in violation of our Terms of Service.

After 2 month I am still waiting for you guys to tell me what Violation of the Terms of Service I break.

If I did break, for real, the terms of service, why would you guys refuse to tell me which one?

I'm beggin since 2 month to know what is the reason of my accoutn closure and i keep getting told "We cannot tell you" "You breach the TOS" "we can only say you breach the tos"

If is not randomly closed account without reason, please, tell me which TOS i violate.

I call this accoutn closure pretty random if you guys refuse to tell which TOS i break. Any service online i been using, if there is a 'violation' of the TOS they are going to be very happy to tell you which TOS you violated.

Refusing to tell me what I did wrong, is, yes, a random account closure.

I never had issue with paxum either , but that was not point of my post, i just said how there were cases of accounts closing without telling why on payoneer, point was how account can be closed anywhere regardless what kind of service you use.

I mean, I understand account closures, people break the rules, it happens. I just find customer support quite important, especially if something like that does happen. The comment above is not very reassuring, 2 months without explanation to why his account got closed is quite unacceptable, but on the other hand maybe he's telling us a different story.

In the end, I'm going to have to choose one and right now it really just feels like flipping a coin and choosing one randomly. I'm sick of overpriced Paypal fees. My affiliate program offers PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer, Wire and Check. That is the reason why I'm lookin into Paxum or Payoneer as alternatives.

I'll have a look around via the search feature, see if I can find any interesting threads on gfy.
Thanks guys!

Here are the response i get when i ask them for answer on what I did wrong:

Your account was permanently closed due to breach of TOS and further details are not to be disclosed.

Please keep a positive language.

Best Regards!

-----------------------

The service was suspended as a result of the investigation conducted by the appropriate department and further details are not to be disclosed.

Best regards!

-----------------------

We do not have information regarding this at this time, we kindly ask you to be patient until the final resolution comes through.

Best Regards!

----------------------

We are unable to provide any kind of information until this pending investigation is over. Rest assured your inquiries will be answered then.

Best regards.

I have more, 3 pages of reply on my ticket's that keep responding that they can't tell me anything.

I break the TOS but they refuse to tell me which TOS i break.

This is very not good practice I think that a payment processor close account and refuse to give details.

If this was some kind of porn site and they closed my account i would not say shit, but, the company I trusted for my online transaction closing my account and refuse to give any detail on what happen??? I dont find it nice from them.

To be honest, i am begging paxum since 2 month to tell me.... i'd really love to know myself too..

IF they told me why i was blocked, id have appeal, tell them my version of story, and most likey get unblocked as I never did anything that was agaisnt their TOS...

If they told me why, maybe i'd shut up and stop complaining about them because, maybe they have valid reason? maybe i did something in those past 4 years that was agaisnt their TOS and I have forgot? I dont know

I'd so much love to know why they closed me!!! Ruth say they dont randomly close people account, ok, so if you guys dont, please drop me a email to explain me what I did, im beging for 2 month to know what is going on!!!!

stop whining.

This is 101 Fraud dpt practice to NOT disclose any information to anyone breaking the TOS.
If they give you info on what you did, then you will pass the info to other scammers and they will know how to trick their system.

This is just BASIC SECURITY, a 10 year old can understand that

You were probably doing shady stuff, you got busted, just get over it

I have a background in shady business, i wont lie. But, I NEVER used paxum for doing anything bad. I never was related to any fraud, 100% of the money i received from past 4 years was around 80% from one exchanger who have VERIFIED paxum account and is STILL verified and is STILL running exchanging website with same paxum account, so i am 100% certain he is not the problem, 15% from different sponsors which are all reputed and on GFY with feedback and all. and 5% from random people. but, in the past 12 month, i did not receive ANY money from random people.

I know what is fraud, and I was NEVER related to any fraud using my paxum account.

I am 100% certain I did not receive fund from frauder as all account that sent me fund are people i trust and that are ALL Stil verified. I only received fund from 3 people in past year and 2 of them are sponsors from here, one is exchanger, and the exchanger still do business on paxum and the sponsors are still here doing business also.

They randomly closed me.

They allowed me to withdraw funds, so if it was fraud why the hell would they allow me to withdraw funds?????????

i did not do anything wrong using my paxum account, and, the support refusing to tell me What i did wrong is definetly proof that i really didnt do shit.

You are totally wrong, about your basic security. If you do a fraud with paypal trust me they will tell you about it, or maybe paypal does not follow the security that a 10 years old should know?

I didnt receive any suspisious funds in my paxum, always same sender's for past year.

Payoneer!!

Paxum is just being kept alive cause of some forum posters who pretend like they are on the case, they are just here to calm the nerves and they are gone when paxum is gone also

Payoneer took over the AWE webmasters as soon epassporte was done for, never seen paxum go into affiliate groups trying to safe people their asses.

Payoneer earned her name, and cause she is also working in the mainstream with big names I would say that PAYONEER has her shit on order and not needs forum reps to feed us the standard Copy C and V reply's, Since 2008 a payoneer user, and NEVER, let me repeat this, NEVER an issue.
Try to compare them here, Paxum scores minuses, and Payoneer is like " Whatever, I dont screw my users, so I am ok "

Paxum is in Romania
Payoneer in Israel

above is based on facts, just stating them out here
Nothing personal

how payoneer know u are legit without asking for photo of id lol?? make no sense i suspect they have agents around the world to check with governments to validate the info even paypal don't do that. i doubt they care less about who u are than loads of shitty sites with 0 feedback and backlink which require a selfie and video of u holding passport before financing the account ,quite cheap while u can't trust them for money +documents inside

i agree it's not easy to get payments on payoneer at least this happened to me 2015 , i have fought against several programs .. still have one not sent

i think paxum offer more privacy via p2p because u just use email as your id ...very flexible/mobile i believe ... but i'm not sure i haven't tried their system

until they close you down because you may or may not have done something bad.... they promote themself as P2P but, be careful with who you P2P with. because, they randomly closed my account even tho I have no one new in my deal for past year... maybe few years ago i did business with someone bad and i got closed for that.. i dont know! They won't say nothing!!

Take care!!!!

Payoneer seems best solution. if you need p2p use something else then paxum.. anything but paxum!

I use them both.

You will not be able to pay somebody user <=> user with Payoneer. Which totally sucks!

I like that Paxum doesn't have the money automatically on the card. So if you use the card at a pizza place and some punk ass kid that works there decides to order himself some Nike Airs you don't have money on the card for him to use. But on Payoneer he would have ordered with no problem until your account is drained.

How long does it take to get verified with Paxum?? I opened an account 4 days ago to receive a payment, uploaded my ID, and.... nothing. Still not verified. Phone support is non-existent, email support replied with "your documents will be verified soon.." Great. Instead of sending a canned response, how about just verifying the account?? Does it take 4 days or more to look at an id card?? As a new customer, my experience with Paxum has been awful. I hate to trash talk, but I'm just stating facts.

Thank you for choosing Paxum! Documents are typically reviewed within 72 hours of submission. Our verification department does not work on weekends, and so, since 2 of the last 4 days fell on the weekend that is why your documents have not yet been reviewed. You should receive an update about your account verification soon.

if you do shady shit...oh well you say you don't... or if they just don't want to do biz with you their explanation of closing your account might not be too different: https://gfy.com/20200625-post1.html

I know what is shady business, and I am 100% certain to have NEVER involved paxum in any shady business.

If payoneer closed my account like that, i would definetly try to get explaination and want to know the problem. but, we dont know what that guy did as we dont know what I did although i don't know either what i did...

Talking of payoneer, it make around 4 years, i sold something and the guy paid me by payoneer, after 3 days it was chargedback they told me the money was fraudulent. It was my only issue with payoneer, i was so piss off of that chargeback... BUT THEY DIDNT CLOSE ACCOUNT for it. They obviously know that I sold something and got scammed.

Paxum never charged me back any money and in the past year, i am 100% certain to never have received 1$ from someone i was not sure and trusting. That include 3 different sponsors and 1 exchanger.

I met with a paxum representative in a Qwebec expo a few years ago it seems the perfect solution.

You guys all say never had problem with paxum....

How many time did you see error while trying to transfer money to your paxum card on weekend? I personally passed many weekend without my earned money because they had error or suddenly went on maintenance...

I may not use that much payoneer but I never been 1 minute without acess to my money when i needed it.

I might be the exception, but lately I have gotten better support from Paxum than Payoneer. They actually responded to my tickets in perfect English, quickly answered my questions, and even corrected a bug on the interface.

From Payoneer support I had numerous replies that were quite messy, and made it apparent that the customer support rep didn't even know their own products and services properly.

What I miss from both though, is the possibility to get a company Mastercard, for business expenses. Both Payoneer and Paxum told me that only a personal Mastercard is possible. Are there any plans to change that Ruth?

Some info which you posted is wrong, but it do not matter, in the end it is simply better to use whatever suits you more.
