I'm using amerinoc for 6 years now - never had a problem. Customer support is great and I also like the pricing.

If my sites are permanently lost im going to kill myself or move to china not worth the hassle of what i would need to do to get everything back. I just spent all last week getting one of my sites back and still not %100.

I'd assume power outage is not the same as data lost.
One would think it is a new powersource, plug it in and done.

But since there is zero communication, it could be anything.

Agreed, the whole lack of communication about the issue is what's problematic for us. We have a few sites that have constant email coming in for a mainstream business. I was so tempted to update the nameservers last night but waited and waited. We just switched them a few minutes ago...

Based on everything I have been told by Amerinoc, power to the servers never went down, so servers never went hard down, which is when we have issues with data loss. The servers are all still powered on and running, this is 100% a network down issue.....
