He died in his sleep a couple days ago. He was a well-known photographer/director here in LA. He'd suffered from severe back pain for many years, and cancelled a shoot the day before he died because he was in pain... don't know if that was a factor--back pain can be indicative of all kinds of other physical problems.

Ahhh this is very sad. I wrote him on Thursday and he never replied. Usually he replies pretty quick. RIP Kenny.

That is very sad to hear. Kenny shot a lot of girls for us back in the day. He will be missed.
