по части эффективного менеджмента рядом с ним даже Ржавый Толик нервно бы покурил в сторонке

Вот то ли дело при нем было...люди культурно проводили досуг в очереди за водкой, обменивались мнениями о роли личности в истории, а щас срамота сплошная, прости осспади...сруцца на форумах непотребных, тьфу!

До банкротства СССР довела нефтяная игла. Нет вины Горбачева в том, что цены на нефть тогда упали до 10 баков за бочку. Ну вообще-то рыжий Толик подарил всем россиянам государственные квартиры (это называлось приватизацией). Вот просто так взял и отдал, а на следующее утро бабушки-пенсионерки проснулись миллионершами, ибо квартиры Толик дал бесплатно, а рыночная цена у них оказалось очень даже не детской. Даже после кризиса можно продать квартиру в хрущевке за стоимость домика где-нибудь на испанском побережье. Не быть благодарными за такой подарок могут только полные редиски.
