As I understand it laws about hosting adult content are pretty strict in Germany. You need to ensure that nobody under 18 accesses your content. I don't know the specifics but many web hosts based in Germany won't even host adult content. | |

				 | We use Leaseweb in Frankfurt for Live porn and sex cams at Hecams.com (affiliation see below xlovecash). No issues however we don't do hardcore porn in a free mode -- just some nudity. We bought the assets of an existing cam site that has been there 5 years with no content issues. |

				 | actually just hosting there - without a .de domain - and not being a german citizen - would probably not do anything to you. but why risk it when there are so many other possibilites?

				 | I used Hetzner a while back and they told me from the beginning that as per their ToS the adult sites aren't allowed simply because the laws in Germany mention the notion of "decency" in relationship to the content displayed. So displaying anything that's not "decent" means breaking the law. In this case, Germany would be the last place I'd host an adult website, regardless of the content... |

				 | I host Adult sites in Germany because they instantly become very popular among Germans who appreciate a rebel. German law under American occupation can go shit on itself, really. They neither care nor lack bigger issues to deal with. Go nuts, fortune favors the bold. |
