Actually CyberSEO works is a same way with all pinterest-like themes I've seen so far. Just set the plugin to generate post thumbnail for every syndicated post. E.g.: http://www.cyberseo.net/demo/pinterest-style/ - it's a demo autoblog which syndicates content from NASA, HubbleSite and Amazon just as a prof of the concept. What's the trick here to get traffic... I mean I signed up, did the obvious stuff including posting a few own hosted galleries but got less than a handfull of visitors off that.
