Also, some studios produce over 1 million euros a year in revenue. New studios are seen as new competition. Why would I want to anger them (*the incumbents [established studios]) and risk losing them?

Favoritism among business partners is never a good idea.

I am more in favor of a reverse co-op advertising program -- when a studio (any studio) provides us with promo content for media buys -- that we would first direct that traffic to that studio's model in that content or an individual independent model's content webcam room. However, any co-op spending must be related to the revenue produced by the studio or model to be a fair application.

Answer: As we do not sell any advertising, linking either internally nor externally, your question cannot be answered other than no, however;
I would not favor any business partner in advertising spending or content application. That said, we do have a menu listing of new models ... the site's customers choose ultimately where to spend and without any favoritism. Old favorites or fresh meat

It's down to the product. If the product is good, all Western Traffic with a credit card is a possible sale. Most people don't buy because they don't see anything worth buying.

Selling is part training, part product and a lot of mindset/attitude of the seller.

I am in Indonesia. I think I would provide studio, webcam, bandwidth, etc. I will also promote them.

I have been promoting pussycash but they convert less and less. I used to get conversion from them.

Hi Robfantasy,

This is a great question. And this is where lots of new studio / site owners trip-up. New owners need the following:

- Models online
- Customers online
- Time and patience to allow for user conversion (sales).

Essentially, you have to have all your ducks in a row before you start. Hiring models is actually fairly easy compared to the rest. As your models login and start working, they need to be able to work hard to convert customers as they begin to trickle in to their rooms and your site, but not be pushy.

On your end, you need to acquire traffic. Not garbage traffic - good quality, qualified traffic. You can buy traffic from all kinds of sources, you can use affiliates, and you can even use your models to get the traffic you need too.

It takes alot of work, and you have to pay attention to what you're doing.

Now for the good news: It's not impossible. All of the resources you need for everything can be found on just about any adult webmaster forum including GFY. You can advertise for models at SexyJobs.com - Find Adult Jobs, Hire Adult Talent for example, and buy traffic from companies like JuicyAds: The Sexy Advertising Network: Home, get a great website design from Zuzana Designs - Adult Web Design - Adult Website Design - Adult Membership Designer, and Webcam streaming and billing software from yours truly.

Webcams is a large market sector of the adult business. It's frustrating and hair-pulling, but it's profitable and fun too.

First thing I would do is set up a white label site and see if you can drive traffic to it. If you can get traffic and your making money then think about getting some girls and going to the next level.
