Bought a new laptop - getting all sorts of blue screen errors

I just bought an asus ux305ca laptop and am getting all sorts of blue screen errors right out of the box like

inaccessable boot drive
critical process died
kernal data inpage error

should i just return this thing or is there some kind of obvious fix?

Don't ever buy anything made by ASUS. That is all.

Or wait at least a bit until maybe somebody comes up with an easy obvious fix (as OP stated).

If you don't want to return it, try flashing your bios and updating all possible drivers.

I've had that happen to new computers and turns out the bios that came with it was out of date. Once I flashed and updated everything, it ran smoothly.

yeah i tried that but bios is up to date. often after these blue screen errors happen after restarting the computer goes into bios and you can't get out. just loads the bios over and over. eventually i can get it back by holding down the power button and eventually it won't go into bios but i think this thing is a lost cause.

Sounds like a hard drive problem to me. Take it back and get a new one.
