Any good free WYSIWYG web site builder programs?

I hate using HTML for all my editing and I wanted to know is there any lightweight easy to use free open source WYSIWYG out there?

As far as I remember (haven't been using it for a while), Bluegriffon is wyswyg.

I've tested openelement a few months ago and it was definitly wyswyg, I almost thought about switching from dreamweaver to start using it. I don't remember why I didn't though...
