Does anyone have a contact there that is on Skype or email? Their support ticket system sucks balls, I've been trying to get an answer on some issues I've had with my accounts for over a month, and never get a reply. VERY frustrating for a company that's supposed to handle funds for you

Try their support forum, worked for me many years ago with small issue and was resolved in few hours, although not sure if the forum still exists today. Do a search.

There support is faster than anybody else it is usually user error not being able to get ahold of them
