You cannot hide from a subpoena if they (a governmental power) really wants to pursue some civil or criminal action.

If you want to hide from your family, community or employer -- that is relatively easy.

Use VPN because they never get subpoena's and they never sell your info. Be sure to pay every month by untraceable cashiers check or bitcoin. If bitcoin, don't load it in a traceable way, always barter goods/services to load your bit wallet

A small claims case gives the plantiff subpoena power so be a good boy, or be a bad boy and expect to get caught and pay someone off to keep silent.
